Iris DF Relic Tobacco, Sitka/Mahogany
Named after Iris co-founder Dale Fairbanks (Fairbanks Guitars), the DF is a slope-shouldered dreadnought modeled closely after depression-era guitars coming out of Kalamazoo in the mid-to-late '30s. The result is a guitar that carries an unmistakable depression-era character, delivering grit, warmth, and funk in equal measure, with the dry, woody responsiveness that made those early instruments so revered. It's built for players who want big, expressive sound with genuine vintage soul.
