We are currently shipping within India only. For bulk orders, or any other queries, please write to us at info@kgu.org.in We are based out of mountainous Himalayas (close to 7,000 feet) in Uttarakhand where connectivity and logistics are a challenge. Our orders are sent out via Speed Post or courier and should reach in about 7 days after you place your order. Note: Our products are not eligible for returns. They are created by weavers or knitters by hand, or procured from small and marginal farmers. However, in the event of your receiving a damaged product, please email a photograph of the said product to us (at info@kgu.org.in) within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our team will get back with a resolution at the earliest.
