The Mountfield Winery was established by Simon and Lucinda Fraser in 2012 in the Rother Valley East Sussex, and this Blanc de Blancs Brut is an exceptional award-winning English sparkling wine. Made from 100% Chardonnay, it is celebrated for its deep golden colour, fine bubbles, and rich tasting notes of citrus, green apples, and brioche. It recently secured a spectacular 96-point rating from Decanter with Susie Barrie MW actually rating it 97 saying it has layers and layers of flavour was 'so colourful it stopped me in my tracks' It really is a must buy!
