The outer shell and lining are made from 70-denier nylon taffeta, recreating the texture of vintage fabric while providing lightweight durability. Its three-layer construction functions as an integrated down pack, helping to prevent down leakage and retain insulation. The vest is insulated with 700-fill-power water-repellent down, helping to retain warmth in rain, snow, and other adverse weather conditions. Its sleeveless design makes it ideal for layering over jackets and heavier garments. The leather yoke is combination-tanned using both vegetable tannins and chrome. Durable and naturally textured, it develops a richer character with continued wear.
