Annual Report Filing Service for Limited Liability Companies (PT) to AHU via SABH

Submission of Limited Liability Company (PT) Annual Report to AHU through the Legal Entity Administration System (SABH) Every Limited Liability Company (PT) is required to prepare and submit an annual report as a form of accountability for its business activities and financial condition during a financial year, based on the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS). In accordance with the applicable regulations, the report must be submitted electronically to the Directorate General of General Legal Administration (AHU) through the Legal Entity Administration System (SABH) to support corporate transparency, accountability, and legal compliance. Terms: 1. This service is only available for companies with authorized capital, as stated in the deed of establishment, of up to IDR 1 billion. 2. This service is only available for unaudited companies. Scope of Services: General Meeting of Shareholders (GMS) Resolution approving the annual report and the allocation of the company’s profit/loss.
