We made this whisky for Edinburgh. The Blending City. A city of two halves, old and new, side by side. We built the blend the same way. The depth of the Old Town, the polish of the New. Complex malt whiskies layered around North British, the grain distillery that has sat at the heart of famous blends since 1885 and scents the whole city when the wind turns. Rich and subtly sweet, with caramel, dark fruit, deep malt and a subtle smoky finish. A modern whisky that drinks like the long-lost blends the city was built on. Limited Edition of 1990 Bottles
