A 61/62 being a stock -plus- sized unit, The 63/66 being a very nice all around size for street power but still allowing the truck to do work and the 68/71 being for folk that want to get the find out Tee Shirts! The Stock Plus unit can normally be installed without any tune modifications and be ran emissions intact. The larger 63mm and 68mm will need re-tuned with a focus on the natural surge these engines produce. (We are not responsible for damaged thrust bearings due to improper tuning) All 4 options are 6 blade billet compressors and 10 blade turbines. Tuning on this era Powerstroke is crucial for the longevity of the turbocharger. make sure that you have a reputable tuner lined up if you are looking at installing the larger of these 2 options. surge is the number one killer of these.
