Naturally Fermented Hawthorn Vinegar (500 ml)Mecitefendi Hawthorn Vinegar (Alıç Sirkesi) is pressed from 100% real hawthorn berries — the small, tart red fruit of the Crataegus shrub — then left to ferment slowly, the traditional way, for around 1.5 years. No additives, no preservatives, no chemicals: only fruit, time and patience. The result is a bright, gently tart vinegar with a soft red-berry depth that mass-produced vinegar can't reach.Because it's unfiltered and unpasteurised, a living "mother" may form after opening and a little natural sediment can settle at the bottom — both are signs of a living vinegar, not spoilage.
