Inspired by design elements from our innovative bucket bump hat, the bucket hat delivers improved comfort, better fit, and a firmer front brim. Built for long sessions on the water, it provides reliable sun protection, breathable performance, and full vision, even in rough conditions. Key Features Technical brim design – The brim is angled downward and stiff so it holds its shape better than the previous brim style, reducing glare and allowing forward vision for paddling and surf activities. Plush elastic inner headband – Softer, quick-drying headband improves comfort and reduces chafe, with Vaikobi branding. Low-profile ear covers – Inspired by our sleek impact bucket hat, for a surf look with full ear coverage. Laser-cut Cordura panels – Combined with a soft inner mesh for improved breathability, airflow, and durability. Enhanced sun protection – Full ear coverage plus an optional, removable rear neck flap for added protection when needed. Improved fit adjustment – Elastic bungee system pulls in evenly around the head for a sleeker, more secure fit than the previous Velcro tab. Low-profile flat buckle – Smaller than the previous buckle, for increased comfort and reduced neck or chin irritation.
