Together their collaboration bridges generations and traditions, offering music that is both deeply rooted and universally resonant. In the Heart of the Moon documents intimate duets recorded in Bamako using a mobile studio on the banks of the Niger River. The album features spare, acoustic arrangements where guitar, kora and subtle percussion interweave to highlight melodic conversation and improvisation.
