Lightweight Ash body finished in nitrocellulose Blonde with very tasteful and authentic aging. Maple neck with a comfortable, chunky-ish Medium C Profile, Medium frets and a 9.5" radius. It plays superbly with a nice slinky feel that you don't always get on a Maple neck. The single pickup is a vintage inspired flat pole Lollar. The 3-way switch offers tonal flexibility by a specially designed wiring scheme that allows for three separate and unique sounds at the flip of a switch: standard, employing the volume and tone controls; and two differently voiced bypass modes, one true bypass for maximum volume and bite, and a "choke mode" for a unique mid-range boost. Like the original Fender Esquire, it is routed for a neck pickup, so should you desire to add a second pickup it would not be difficult. A great sounding and playing lightweight (7lb 1oz) guitar..
