This advanced system is an important component of the Dazzle™ Coolant Mixing Automation System and is designed to avoid accidents while maintaining optimal sump conditions. The Dazzle™ Coolant Controller offers: Non-Programmable microprocessor controller featuring an easy-to-read LED display. 100 dB audible alarm for immediate notifications. Solenoid valve, 3/4″ NPT. Electrical and control cables for hassle-free setup. Versatile level sensor sizing options to fit drums and totes. The Dazzle™ coolant controller monitors coolant concentrate levels continuously, displaying remaining quantity and alerting you when a new container is needed. When empty, it will close the water solenoid valve controlling the water source supplying the proportioning pump. If you already have any existing proportioning pump or any other style pump in service, the Dazzle Coolant and Dazzle Sump controllers can be added to it, transforming your setup into a fully automated CNC coolant fluid refill system.
