The Abyss began with a single question: what does a watch look like when it carries no pretence? Inspired by the deep ocean — its immense stillness, its absolute darkness, its quiet power — the design team stripped back every unnecessary element until only intention remained. The name came during a late-night review of final dial samples; a prototype held beneath a single lamp swallowed the light completely, and someone said it looked like staring into the abyss. Nothing else was ever considered. The result is a timepiece designed not to impress at first glance, but to reward those who look twice.
