Springbank 10 Year Old Palo Cortado Cask Matured

This Springbank whisky is the second release in their Sherry Wood Series. After six years in Bourbon casks, it matured for another four years in Palo Cortado Sherry hogsheads, made from Spanish oak. The nose offers delicate scents of parma violets, buttercream icing, and peaches, along with subtle hints of cola and grated ginger.
