Grown at high elevation of 1450 MASL and processed with Mostto inoculation for clarity and sweetness, this light‑medium roast was roasted specifically for filter lovers. Bright, floral aromatics open the first sip, followed by juicy yellow peach and nectarine that glide across the palate. A soft honeyed sweetness ties the profile together, leaving a clean, lingering finish. Best brewed: Pourover, AeroPress, Moka pot, brewed gently to highlight its delicate aromatics and juicy clarity.
