Apples: Northern Spy, Crimson Crisp, Goldrush, Winesap, Bramley, Baldwin, Empire, Spartan, Golden Russet, Liberty, Macoun, Cortland, Redfield, Yarlington Mill Orchards: Woodfolk Orchards, Flynndabeau, Windy Ridge Farms, Apple Springs Orchards, Maxwell Orchards, Nighthawk Orchards, and Simcoe Research Station Specifications: Dry 750mL, 7.6% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Filtered. Force Carbonated. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
