Fair use is intended for normal home and small business support requirements. Excessive or unreasonable use may result in support sessions being scheduled, limited or reviewed. Support Hours Standard support is available during PC Traders' advertised business hours unless otherwise agreed. After-hours support is not included. Registered Devices Each subscription covers one device only. Additional computers require their own Care+ subscription. Remote Support Support is provided remotely via approved remote access software. Customers must have a working internet connection to receive remote assistance. Exclusions The following are not included: Hardware replacement parts On-site support Data recovery services Network cabling or infrastructure work Third-party software licensing fees Custom software development Damage caused by accidents, liquid spills, power surges or misuse Support for unsupported or end-of-life operating systems Customer Responsibilities Customers agree to: Maintain a valid payment method. Keep regular backups of important data. Install remote support software when required. Provide accurate information regarding technical issues. Discount The 10% repair discount applies to labour charges only unless otherwise stated. The discount cannot be combined with other promotional offers. Cancellation Subscriptions are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided. Price Changes PC Traders may change subscription pricing by providing at least 30 days' notice before the next billing cycle. Limitation of Liability While PC Traders will use reasonable care and skill when providing support, we are not responsible for loss of data, loss of income, business interruption or indirect or consequential damages. Customers are responsible for maintaining current backups of all important data.
