95% cotton 5% spandex, this size is laying flat- 9" at the waist, 13" hips, 6" inseam, 10" rise, 16" total length THICK THIGH APPROVED!! but all thighs look great in these! super strong seams, SUPER STRETCHY these have been adjusted a size smaller from last years batch! they should feel tight when you put them on but since they stretch they will quickly become the perfect size - expect them to feel nice and tight and stretch out to perfection in abt half an hour! sewn in the USA
