From the Vault This pack of THREE Kings of Salt and Rock Iron Islands Coins is a limited edition set featuring the original iron King of Salt and Rock coin, plus two alternate versions: one in niobium, and one in copper with an experimental patina. These coins were the original prototypes of the iron King of Salt and Rock coin! Iron King of Salt and Rock Coin Weight: 7.1 g Diameter: .88 in / 22.56 mm Niobium King of Salt and Rock Coin (anodized blue) Weight: 2.5 g Diameter: .77 in / 19.78 mm Copper King of Salt and Rock Coin Weight: 2.6 g Diameter: .77 in / 19.78 mm ✷ LIMITED EDITION - NO RESTOCKS ✷ The oldest surviving records at the Citadel reveal that each of the Iron Islands was once a separate kingdom, ruled by not one but two kings, a rock king and a salt king. The rock king ruled the island itself. The salt king commanded at sea. These coins feature dual portraits of the two kings on one side, and a stylized Iron Island with a kraken border on the other. Though made long before House Greyjoy ruled the islands, the kraken was a popular symbol amongst Iron Islanders.
