Leovet Hoof Hardener Ideal for horses with chipped and brittle hooves, low heels, separating hoof walls, and for barefoot horses. Hoof wall and sole are strengthened. Secures a firm seat for the shoe. Protects against hoof decay and makes the hoof significantly more durable. Effective without harmful chemical agents! Does not contain glutaraldehyde. These active plant ingredients are included: Biotin: One of the water-soluble B vitamins, known for its protective function concerning skin and hair. It helps to harden the horn and has a positive effect on hoof growth. It also improves hair quality. Coconut Oil: Has a protective and nourishing effect and also moisturises skin, horn and leather. Linseed Oil: Rich in vitamins, minerals and unsaturated fatty acids. Stabilises the hoof by forming natural polymers and helps to treat dry and cracked horns. Horse Chestnut: Source of tannin which combines with the keratin in the hoof. Has a hardening and stabilising effect. Sunflower Oil: Has a soothing effect and is moisturising. Also reinforces the natural protective barrier. Hooves are nourished, skin is moisturised and leather remains supple.
