Piper's EDC

If you have a daily pipe tobacco fave or two that you typically buy in bulk...and take with you every day, the Piper's EDC is for you. It is built on the same platform as our 3- finger Custom Cruiser Sport for cigars, but deeper so it can hold your pipe tobacco(s) and accoutrements. You can even choose your own artwork if you choose a custom Kydex® cover. We will make Kydex skins using your artwork and fit them to your EDC. Our current standard covers include Camouflage Kydex, Hand-cut Walnut and Hand-cut Quartersawn White Oak. The Piper's EDC holds 2-3 oz of your daily carry tobacco; it includes the drying tray/interior lid as you can see, a tightly fitted (& removable) Spanish Cedar tobacco bin divider that enables separate storage of two different blends. (NOTE: Ghosting of flavors is very likely if carrying two very different blends. If the two you carry every day are very different, we recommend a separate EDC for each blend.) We recommend a small (size 8g) Boveda pack (or 2) of 65-69% to maintain the right moisture content under the tray where the tobacco is stored. With the drying tray in place over the tobacco, the open space in the drying tray leaves room to carry your lighter, tamper and pipe cleaners. The Piper's EDC, another new exclusive from Benchmark!
