Journey Eternal Sound Healing was created as a space for people to slow down, reconnect, and experience something deeper than the pace of everyday life. Through sound, creativity, and intentional experiences, my work focuses on helping people step out of constant mental noise and back into a state of presence, where things feel clearer, calmer, and more like themselves again. This retreat is an extension of that. This is a full day designed to take you out of your routine and bring you back to who you are underneath it. Not the version of you that’s constantly doing, managing, and keeping up, but the version of you that exists when things finally quiet down. Throughout the day, you’ll move through a series of guided experiences centered around creativity, self-connection, and slowing down. You’ll be guided inward through meditation, then given space to express what comes up through intuitive painting, not based on skill, but on feeling. There’s no expectation for it to look a certain way. It’s personal, and it’s yours. You’ll spend time working with your hands: creating, building, and focusing your energy into something tangible. You’ll also be introduced to simple, grounded practices using natural materials that you can take home and continue using in your own space. ✨Everything you create throughout the day is yours to keep, pieces that serve as a reminder of what you tapped back into. 🎁 Each guest will also receive a small curated goodie bag to take home, adding to the experience beyond the day itself. There will be time to pause, reset, and just exist without needing to be “on”, something most people don’t realize they’ve been missing until they finally have it. This day isn’t about packing in as much as possible. It’s about creating space mentally, emotionally, and creatively.
