Dubai Chocolate-tears

We never thought we would make this. We made memes about it. But times are hard and people keep asking, so here it is — our take on the viral Dubai bar. Stone-ground pistachio paste blended with tahini and vanilla bean white chocolate, folded into toasted kataifi, and wrapped in our 69% Monsoon Blend dark chocolate. We call them Chocolate-Tears as a nod to the Dubai chocolatiers who made this dessert go viral, and also as a confession. Taste our tears.
