The Copper Pot Vintage 2022 This wine was born as much accidentally as much it was quite logically after long days /sometimes nights / of endless tastings during which we tried dozens of wines. Quite by chance, during these tastings, after we had made the wine blends, we collected the rest in a pot, which we casually called "The Common Pot". Strangely enough, it turned out that this "collective wine" was the best we got. That’s how came my idea to create a wine - a collective product of the red varieties that I vinify. I was able to make pretty good wines from each varietal and blend them according to my vision. They were aged for 2 years in selected French barrels. Quite deservedly at the end of 2024 the wine was bottled and since then it has rested and developed into the wonderful bottles it deserves and which we have chosen for its home during its many years of life to come.
