There is a subtle mineral note in the background, giving the wine a clean, high-altitude feel. Flavours: Bright and medium-bodied, with citrus and orchard fruit at the centre. Lemon and yellow apple lead, moving into pear, peach and a lightly creamy mid-palate. The acidity is fresh and well balanced, keeping the wine lively, while the finish is clean, gently textured and softly mineral.
