DESCRIPTION Dark and dense purple red. The nose evokes the calcareous soil from which it comes, the mineral scents prevail over the varietal ones. Notes of wild blackberries, sour cherries and exotic citrus fruits. On the palate it is powerful, dynamic and supported by a saline acidity. As the glass evolves, floral hints of violet, juniper wood and menthol emerge. The power of the sip is perfectly balanced with acidity which leads to a fresh finish with notes of licorice.
