Draw It Out – Art and Wellness Club for Seniors The Draw It Out – Art and Wellness Club for Seniors is a welcoming creative programme designed to support self-expression, mental stimulation, emotional well-being and meaningful social connection. Through guided art activities, gentle movement, music, conversation and reflective exercises, participants are encouraged to explore their creativity, share their experiences and enjoy a renewed sense of purpose and belonging. No artistic experience is required. Each session is relaxed, supportive and suitable for different abilities, allowing every participant to create at their own pace. The programme may help seniors to: Stay mentally and creatively engaged Reduce feelings of stress, boredom and isolation Build friendships and strengthen social connections Improve confidence and self-expression Explore memories and life experiences through art Enjoy gentle movement, music and uplifting activities Experience a greater sense of joy, purpose and accomplishment Sessions are available at the Masterpiece Gallery in Kingston or can be delivered as a mobile programme at senior residences, churches, community groups, retirement facilities and other organizations. Come create, connect and draw out the joy within. Draw It Out is a non-clinical creative wellness programme and is not a substitute for professional medical or psychological treatment.
