How The EMP Rebuild Process Works Submit your rebuild request and include battery, charger, connector, and bike photos. EMP reviews the information and confirms whether the battery should be shipped in for inspection. The battery is opened and evaluated for cell condition, BMS condition, wiring condition, connector condition, and case safety. When approved, EMP rebuilds the battery using appropriate replacement cells and compatible repair parts. The rebuilt battery is balanced, tested, and returned with service notes and applicable warranty terms.
