Country: Germany Region: Palatinate (Pfalz) Grape variety: Scheurebe, Muskateller, Riesling, Silvaner Alcohol by volume: 11,5% Bottle size: 0,75 l Sulphur: minimal dose added at bottling (25mg/l) Orange is wine made with 70% Muskateller and Scheurebe, harvested together and fermented on the skins for around 8 days and aged now one year in steel. For the finish there is 30% mix of Riesling, Muskateller and Silvaner to give freshness, juiciness and acidity. An aromatic (elderflower, lychee), well-structured orange wine with a light bitterness and an excellent partner for grilled peaches and goats’ cheese. Beautiful from the bottle, but also a fun one to experiment with in a decanter. Enjoy at 12°
