Pleasant acidity which sustains a floral bouquet and recollects the balsamic notes felt on the nose.Ageing/Vinification: Vinification: Cold maceration on the skins for about 24 hours, then soft pressing of the grapes and natural clarification of the must by cold static decanting. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature in stainless steel vats Maturation: On fine lees for 15 months, partly in stainless still vats, partly in 10 hl oak barrels and partly in barriques Bottles 3.200Vineyard: The vinegrowing area at La Ponca is composed of six different vineyards scattered, from north to south, around the hamlet of Scriò: Pacial, Petris, Paglizza, Casa Rossa, Skal and Ronc.
