Jalapeno Cheddar Muffin

Not to be cheesy, but these are grate! This scrumptious savoury snack is slightly spicy while also being tantalisingly sweet. The muffin mix is made from gluten free flour and corn meal which gives a super soft texture and delicious flavour. Mixed through is a scattering of mild jalapenos and lactose free shredded cheese. Slathered on top is a delicious honey butter, giving it a super shiny and tasty coating. You won’t be able to say jalape-no!
