450g Commercial Bread Pan Set for Professional Bakeries The Carlyle CE450-TC 450g commercial bread pan set is designed for bakeries producing consistent standard-sized bread loaves across regular or high-volume baking runs. Each set contains three strapped bread pans with a Teflon non-stick coating to assist with consistent loaf release. The pans are supported by aluminised-steel braces with a formed reinforcing rib for additional strength. Each brace is 63mm wide. With a nominal baked loaf weight of 450g, this commercial bread pan set is suitable for professional bakeries, production bakeries, food manufacturers and other commercial bread-baking operations.
