Vino di Anna "Palmento" Vino Bianco

Aussie ex-pat Anna Martens and her French husband Eric Narioo were lured to Mount Etna in the late 2000s, and quietly produce some of Sicily's most amazing natural wines. This white is blend of Carricante from Etna along with Inzolia from southern Sicily and Grill from the west. A "pan-Sicilian" blend with a lovely round texture from a hint of skin contact and flavors of apricot, citrus and brewer's yeast.
