Vintage metal biplane model — No. 69 Double-wing biplane configuration styled after a WWI/interwar-era fighter, reminiscent of aircraft like the Nieuport 17 or similar Allied fighter from the 1915–1930 period. Green painted pressed and formed metal construction throughout, with wire bracing between the wings typical of the era. Markings include “No. 69” stenciled on the fuselage near the tail, an RAF-style roundel on the fuselage, and a tricolor tail fin in red, white and blue — consistent with French or British markings. The propeller and radial engine cowling are nicely detailed, rubber tires sit on a fixed undercarriage with wire struts, and the wire rigging between the wings is intact. 31cm long, 31cm wingspan, 595 grams. Likely a mid-20th century decorative or collectible model, possibly a Chinese-manufactured vintage-style reproduction rather than an original period toy. A characterful display piece in good condition for its age.
