Tasting Notes: Bright, clean, sunny. Tart and balanced with a backbone of tannin. A bit floral, citrus peel and sparkling. Very juicy. Ready for the patio. Apples: Crimson Crisp, Porter’s Perfection, Golden Russet, Tremlett’s Bitter, Stembridge Jersey, Chisel Jersey Orchards: Apple Springs Orchards, Maxwell Orchards, Private Orchard Specifications: Dry 750mL, 7.7% ABV Fermentation Details: Harvested in 2025. Apples were harvested and pressed as a blend. Fermented in stainless steel. Unfiltered. Bottle Conditioned. Vegan safe, no animal products used. No additives but minimal effective sulphites.
