Beton Taupe Sample

Part of VIBRA, Greg Natale's second collection designed exclusively for Art Hide, Beton draws inspiration from Brutalist architecture, embodying the era's abstract, simplified forms through its contrasting colour print and overlapping patterns. Dyed taupe, natural caramel and black layer together in a raw, architectural palette, giving Beton's overlapping pattern real urban, sculptural depth. Beton is constructed using Art Hide's hand-stitching technique, where individually selected hide pieces are cut and joined by artisans using commercial-grade nylon thread for a seam that is as strong as it is precise. Refined over five generations of craft, this method allows each panel to hold its own colour and pattern before coming together as one considered piece.
