Lakeland TCG Trade-N-Play – Vendor Tables | RP Funding Center TCG Trade-N-Play is coming to Lakeland for a massive TWO-DAY event at the RP Funding Center! We’re taking over the arena floor with 175+ vendor tables, tournaments, the RipCam, a $1,000 Kids Shopping Spree, and two full days celebrating the TCG hobby. This is one of our largest regional Trade-N-Play events, bringing together collectors, families and vendors from across Central Florida and Tampa Bay. 📍 EVENT DETAILS RP Funding Center 701 W Lime Street Lakeland, FL 33815 📅 Saturday, September 19, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM 📅 Sunday, September 20, 2026 ⏰ 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM 🚗 Free Parking 🎟️ VENDOR TABLE OPTIONS All vendor tables are 8 ft tables and include BOTH DAYS of the event. Three vendor sections are available: 🟡 Section A – $300 Premium vendor placement closest to the main entrance and RipCam area. 🔵 Section B – $250 Central arena-floor vendor placement. 🟠 Section C – $200 Vendor placement toward the tournament end of the arena. Please review the vendor floor plan carefully before purchasing. Vendors select their preferred table location at checkout. While we will make every effort to maintain selected locations, placements are subject to change if necessary for event operations. 🎉 A FULL WEEKEND AT THE RP FUNDING CENTER This is much more than a standard Trade Day. We’re building a full-scale Trade-N-Play weekend featuring: 175+ Vendor Tables $1,000 Kids Shopping Spree TCG Tournaments RipCam Pokémon, One Piece, Magic: The Gathering and more Two full days of collecting, trading, shopping and playing Free Parking ⏰ VENDOR SETUP Vendor load-in and setup information will be provided in the final vendor instructions prior to the event. All vendors must be completely set up and ready for guests before doors open at 10:00 AM Saturday. 📋 VENDOR POLICIES All vendor tables are 8 ft tables. Your vendor purchase covers both Saturday and Sunday. Vendors are expected to participate for the full two-day event. Tablecloths are required on all vendor tables. Vendor tables are non-transferable and may not be resold or transferred to another vendor. Any co-vendors or businesses sharing a table must be approved in advance. Vendors are responsible for their own merchandise, displays, equipment and valuables. Vendors select their preferred table location during checkout; locations are subject to change if required for event operations. Final load-in, parking and event instructions will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event. ⚠️ PLEASE NOTE Purchasing a vendor table constitutes your commitment to participate in BOTH DAYS of the event.
