Jewelry Repair Services

Please note that our repair service is exclusively available for jewelry made and purchased from Bits of Bali. We do not accept repairs for jewelry from other brands. We are proud of our craftsmanship. Therefore, we offer complimentary lifetime labor for repairs involving broken clasps, broken chains, and loose gemstone settings. However, a small fee will apply if your jewelry requires replacement components or lost gemstones. In some cases, after the repair, your gold vermeil jewelry may also need to be replated afterward. A replating fee will apply (please visit our Replating Fees page). There are no additional fees for sterling silver jewelry. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways, which can be paid at checkout. Please email us with pictures of the damaged items for our evaluation before shipment.
