This guitar was refurbished by MIRC (which is why the serial number is reassigned). It is stamped used on the back of the headstock (pictured) to prevent warranty claims. This model has a few finish blemishes in the neck pockets (pictured) and a finish crack on the back that knock this from excellent --> good condition. It's been setup and intonates well -- this is great sounding 12 string. Weight comes in at around 7 lbs 12 oz.
