RETURNS and REFUNDS: All returns queries need to be processed within 7 days of purchase/delivery. Please email info@aplacetoshop.co.za We accept returns that meet the following criteria: · The item must have been sold at our GQ store, 64 Main Road, Walmer or via our online website www.aplacetoshop.co.za · The item must be returned unworn, unwashed, with swing tags attached and in its original state. We are unable to accept returns for items that have been altered from their original condition due to laundering or care practices. · Returned items will be inspected upon receipt and the return will only be processed if we are happy with the standard of the item. In the unlikely event that the garment is returned in an unsuitable state, we may have to return the item to you. · It is the customers responsibility to return the item to us by a reliable courier. If the package is lost in transit, we cannot process the return or refund. Courier fees will be at the cost of the customer. · Couriers can be arranged by us upon request, please include this request in your email. · Please bear in mind that refunds can take 5 - 10 working days to reflect in your account. We are entitled to refuse a return if the unwanted product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing any accessories. · Should you be returning an item for a replacement in a different size, the courier fee for returning the incorrect size and the courier fee for us to send you the replacement will be for your account.
