The Dunkermotoren AE65 is an absolute encoder that reports true shaft position the moment the drive powers up, so the axis is referenced immediately — with no homing move or reference run at start-up.It sits inside the motor’s own profile housing rather than mounting as a separate unit, and feeds position to the internal Dunkermotoren controller.
