Domaine des Côtes Blanches is located in the small village of Bué, in the southern part of Sancerre. The estate dates back to the 18th century. Today, Nicolas Millet, the ninth generation winemaker, works according to organic, biodynamic and regenerative farming principles. A rare Sancerre rosé made from 100% biodynamically grown old vine Pinot Noir. Super elegant and refined with notes of fresh wild strawberries, red currants, pink grapefruit, and subtle floral hints with crisp, chalky minerality and silky texture on the palate.
