The Signature
Arbikie's first single malt, and its most complete expression of provenance yet. Odyssey barley grown on our own Angus fields, distilled at the farm in 2016 and matured a full ten years in ex-Maker's Mark bourbon casks. Expect ripe peach and banana bread on the nose, brioche and apricot marmalade on the palate, finishing with creamy vanilla and orange blossom. Every stage - field to bottle - happened on the same estate. Just 1,000 bottles exist.
