Crafted from 58% Sauvignon Blanc and 42% Sémillon, this elegant white blend comes exclusively from Sanitella Vineyard in Washington's renowned Walla Walla Valley AVA. Perched at 1,300 feet in fractured basalt soils, the vineyard's cool, north-facing slope produces fruit with exceptional freshness, structure, and a distinctive mineral character. Aged for three months in neutral oak, the wine maintains the bright citrus and stone fruit qualities of Sauvignon Blanc while the Sémillon adds richness, texture, and a beautifully rounded finish. The result is a balanced, food-friendly white with lively acidity and impressive depth.
