Methyl diantilis - Givaudan
Methyl diantilis is a vanilla, clove and carnation smelling note which is rich, complex and multifaceted. It’s similar to isoeugenol but not restricted by the IFRA and is less prone to discolouration. It works very well to harmonise with woody, floral, spicy and gourmand notes.
