Santa Teresa
History This is the third year we've purchased coffee from Andrés Torres, this time through Gocta Coffee, securing just 120 kg of this lot. During our 2025 trip to Peru, Fede and Mikolaj visited Santa Teresa Farm in Amazonas, where they spent time with Andrés and his family and saw firsthand the work behind his coffees. Santa Teresa is a seven-hectare farm planted entirely with geisha at 1,600–1,700 masl, managed using organic farming practices that support both cup quality and long-term sustainability. This natural geisha reflects Andrés' careful approach to production, offering layered floral aromatics, sweet apricot notes, vibrant acidity, and the elegant profile the variety is known for.
