Regularly wipe down the strop to remove metal debris and residue. HOW TO USE Sharpen your knife with the CINQ Rolling Knife Sharpener to your highest grit. Drag the knife edge along the entire length of the strop, starting at the heel and ending at the tip. Use light pressure, gradually decreasing pressure with each stroke. Flip the knife over and repeat on the other side. Alternate sides with each stroke for even polishing, repeating 5–10 times on each side of the blade.
