Available in three sizes, these pasta sheeter/cutter combination machines are made for the high volume flat pasta production needed for commissaries and factories. Available in three pasta sheet widths (280, 320 and 400mm) that can be adjusted in thickness up to 4mm. The interchangeable cutters slice pasta into different sizes for: tagliatelle, angel hair, fettuccini and more, and the caster wheels allow the machine to be rolled out of the way when not in use.
