Our 6" Merry Christmas Cake is made in small batches in our Cotswold bakery to our rich fruit cake recipe. Packed with vine fruits soaked in French brandy before baking, each cake is given time to mature for a wonderfully rich, traditional flavour. We cover it with a layer of natural marzipan and smooth fondant icing, before finishing each one by hand with its festive red Merry Christmas design. At a generous 1.2kg, this is our classic Christmas centrepiece: plenty to share with family and friends throughout the festivities, and all the decorating has been done for you.
