A pretty pair of Georgian paste single stone earrings. Circa 1820/30: The chunky faceted paste stones have high crowns that catch the light fantastically. The foil back stones are set in a traditional silver cut down setting, Likely converted from buttons or cufflinks, the earrings have been set with 9ct gold shepherds hook wires. These are slightly more petite than I have found previously, the proportions are lovely.
